Px-format and Px-programs

Px programs for data processing and presentation of statistics, Px is a standard format for statistics files used by many statistical offices. A package of software has been developed for this format: PxWeb, PxWin and PxEdit., The Px format contains metadata (varialble texts, codes, sources, date, etc.) and data. This format can manage multi-dimensional data., The Px file format consists of a number of keywords. These can be either mandatory or optional. , PxWeb, PxWeb is a software program for online publication of statistics, both data from the StatBank and your own data. , The program is free of charge for government agencies and municipalities, international NSI's, and international organisations dissemianting statistics. , PxWin, PxWin is an application developed at Statistics Sweden. It was released in June 2016 and replaced PC-Axis. , The application can be used for selection, calculation of totals, production of graphs and more. Px files can be downloaded from the StatBank., PxEdit, PxEdit is a program for Px files developed by Statistics Finland. In PxEdit you can process your Px files in various ways. Model versions

Continuous work with the model ensures that both equations and data are developed and improved. A new model version will typically collect the results of research efforts in several areas. A new model version is thus associated with testing, error detection and documentation. Before releasing a new model version, users are invited to test a beta version throughout a period of approximately 3 months. After the beta period the new model is finalised and serves as the official model version., A model version is a package with a new model, new data bank and revised forward projections and base line. In addition it is often necessary to revise many of the tools and smaller models that are offered together with ADAM. Documentation of equations, data and model characteristics are renewed in connection with the production of a new model version. The model versions are typically released every 1-2 years. The frequency varies depending on the number of changes in equations and data. It can be more frequently, for example in connection with main revisions in the National Accounts.,

Name: , DEGURBA_DST_V1_2007 , Description: , Degree of Urbanization (DEGURBA) is a classification that divides municipalities by population density and the number of inhabitants in the largest city in the municipality. The classification is based on Eurostat's [Degree of Urbanization (DEGURBA)] (https://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/web/degree-of-urbanisation/background). Name: , NUTS_V1_2007_DK , Description: , With the Danish Structural Reform, which came into force on 1 January 2007, The counties were abolished and replaced by 5 new regions. In addition, 98 municipalities were formed, which replaced the previous 271. For statistical purposes, the 5 regions are further divided into 11 provinces., The reform resulted by law in a new local and regional structure of the whole country with two administrative levels - regions and municipalities - and thereby a change of administrative units. Of the 98 municipalities, 32 municipalities retained the same municipal code and title before and after the reform., This classification includes Christiansø (code 411). Statistics Denmark's Classification of Occupations (DISCO-08), v1:2010

Name: , DISCO_08_V1_2010 , Description: , DISCO-08 is a six-digit, five-level classification for classifying and aggregating information about job functions in statistical studies. The classification is a revised version of the 1988 occupational classification (DISCO-88) which it replaces., The classification is a tool for organizing jobs or occupational functions in clearly defined groups, in relation to the tasks performed in the job or occupation. The use of DISCO-08 makes it possible to compare people with the same job function - regardless of the employee's formal title and education., DISCO-08 is the official Danish version of the international professional classification, , International Standard Classification of Occupations (ISCO-08), , which is prepared by the International Labor Organization (ILO)., Compared to ISCO-08, Denmark has chosen to extend the classification from four to five levels, in order to meet the needs for further division of labour functions in the Danish labor market.
