The statistics on milk and milk products are a monthly and annual estimate of the total milk production of farmers. Data description
The statistics provide data on milk delivered to dairies and the dairies's use of milk delivered analyzed by a wide range of fresh and processed dairy products. Fat content and protein content in the delivered milk.
