    Definition

    The data show the number of people receiving treatment for substance misuse and alcohol misuse, respectively.

    The indicator differs from the UN’s official definition, as it does not show the coverage rate (the proportion of people with a misuse problem who receive treatment), but only the total number of people in treatment.
