Name: , DB25_V1_2025 , Description: , Dansk Branchekode 2025 (DB25) is a statistical classification of economic activities, for which the purpose is primarily for statistical use. The introduction, which describes rules and guidelines for classifying activities as well as annexes, has not been finalised, as DST is still awaiting content from the UN/EU., DB25 is a 6-digit Danish subdivision of the EU classification, which is the 4-digit NACE rev. 2.1, which again is a new version of NACE rev. 2 from 2008. NACE rev. 2.1 is the regional version of UN's international classification, ISIC rev. 5, which is a new version of ISIC Rev. 4 from 2008. Initially, DB25 will only be available in Danish. A complete version in English will be available once the Danish version is final in its entirety. Currently, codes and titles are final, but until we get the missing material from UN/EU, the explanatory notes can be subject to updates, if we receive changes from the EU or we find errors., We update the information and files for download on , Statistics Denmark's website , , where you also can read about the update., NACE rev. 2.1 came into force on 1 January 2025 in all EU member states according to Regulation (EU) 2023/137 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1893/2006 on the statistical classification of economic activities. Some statistics are dependent on data from other statistical domains and will have to wait longer. Please note, a more current version of this classification is now available. , Name: , DB07_V3_2014 , Description: , Dansk Branchekode DB07 is the National version of EU's nomenklatur (NACE). The first four digits refer to NACE rev. 2, while the last two represent the Danish subdivision. Dansk Branchekode DB07 is a statistical classification of economic activities., Dansk Branchekode DB07 is very similar to NACE rev. 2. The only difference is the subdivision of some classes. For example, 64.20.10 indicates that NACE Rev. 2 class 64.20 has been subdivided whereas 38.31.00 indicates that class 38.31 has not been subdivided., From 1 January 2025, an updated version of the Dansk Branchekode will be published. A population and Housing Census in the making

Ghana is conducting a digitalized survey based Housing and Population Census for the first time and is also the first country to do so in West Africa., 7 September 2021 12:00 ,  , A cooperation between Statistics Denmark and Ghana Statistical Service aims at strengthening official statistics in Ghana. Therefore, Statistics Denmark follows the Housing and Population Census going on this year in the country., It is the first time ever that Ghana conducts a digitalized survey based Housing and Population Census and the first country to do so in West Africa.,  , A total of 75.000 enumerators have now completed the data collection for the census and the immense work around data cleaning, processing, analysis and publication has begun. , The next ambition is to strengthen the use of administrative data in the country. This will make it, less expensive and labour intensive to conduct the next decennial census and ensure access to timely and accurate statistics for politicians and civilians alike., Statistics Denmark is supporting this process and Ghana’s journey towards a modernized statistical infrastructure. Statistics on Tourism

Follow the tourism sector in Denmark., Statistics Denmark prepares a monthly tourism statistics for each municipality with information on the number of overnight stays and the use of the capacity in hotels, holiday centres, camp sites, youth hostels and marinas throughout Denmark.
