The statistics are an annual statement of the production of fruit and vegetables in harvested area (hectares) and production (tons). The statistics are compiled by crops. Selected crops are also compiled by organic production form. The statistics are disseminated in News from Statistics Denmark and in the Statbank.

The statistics are an annual statement of the production of fruit and vegetables in harvested area (hectares) and production (tonnes). The statistics are compiled by crops. Selected crops are also compiled by organic production method. Information is collected from agricultural holdings and nurseries and covers harvests in the calendar year.

All crops follow the EU classifications in the "Eurostat Handbook for Annual Crop Statistics".
