Energy consumption in manufacturing industries

These statistics are published yearly in a Danish press release, at the same time as the tables are updated in the StatBank. In the StatBank, these statistics can be found under the subject Energy consumption. For further information, go to the subject page.

Customised extracts from the statistics can be ordered. Researchers and other analysts from authorized research institutions can be granted access to the underlying microdata by contacting Research Services.

User access

Statistics are always published at 8:00 a.m. at the day announced in the release calendar. No one outside of Statistics Denmark can access the statistics before they are published.

These statistics are published yearly in a Danish press release.

Publications

The results are only available in a Danish press release and in the Statbank.

On-line database

The statistics are published in the StatBank under the subject Energy consumption in the following tables:

  • ENEGEO: Energy consumption of industry by municipality and time
  • ENEBR: Energy consumption of industry by industry (DB07), unit and time
  • ENETYPE: Energy consumption of industry by type of energy, unit and time
  • ENEVP: Heat pumps in mining, quarrying and manufacturing industry by industry and key indicators

Micro-data access

Researchers and other analysts from authorized research institutions, can be granted access to the underlying microdata by contacting Research Services.

Other

The main figures are important input to the general energy balances, which are developed under the environmental national account system.
