Practical information

Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) is situated southeast of Copenhagen, 8-10 kilometres from the city centre.

By TAXI:
Taxi from airport to city centre is around 150 DKK/20 EUR.
Taxis can pick up passengers outside all arrival areas.
The taxi fare includes VAT and tips, and you can normally pay by credit card.

By TRAIN:
Trains run from the Airport to Main Railway Station (Hovedbanegården), Nørreport and Østerport Station every 20 minutes.

Arrival at Main Railway Station: Platform 1.
Departure from Main Railway Station: Platform 2.

Tickets are available from the DSB ticket office above the railway station in Terminal 3. It costs 25.50 DKK/3.50 EUR for a ticket from the airport to the Main Railway Station.

By BUS from the airport to the City:  

Bus no. 250 S to Københavns Hovedbanegård (Copenhagen Central Station). The Central Station is located in the centre of the city.
The bus is departing from Terminal 3 every 10 minutes. One-way ticket costs 25.50 DKK/3.50 EUR.

Free Airport Shuttle Bus:
Bus no 38 Free Airport Shuttle Bus departs from Terminal 2 (International) and Terminal 1 (Domestic).
The bus stop at Terminal 3 is temporarily closed due to building site. 
Timetable for shuttle:

Every day from 06.00 - 23.30 as follows: 
06.00 - 07.30: every 10 minutes
07.30 - 09.30: every 5 minutes
09.30 - 16.00: every 10 minutes
16.00 - 18.00: every 5 minutes
18.00 - 23.30: every 10 minutes
