Sustainable development data from non-traditional sources

As a part of the UNECE Expert Meeting on Statistics for Sustainable Development Goals, Statistics Denmark will be in charge of a session on statistical follow-up on the SDG with the help of non-traditional data.

The Expert Meeting will provide a platform to share experiences on issues related to statistics for SDGs and facilitate peer learning among experts. Specifically, the meeting will discuss the following topics:

- Communication – progress measurement
- Data from non-traditional sources
- National coordination.

The meeting is aimed at senior experts in charge of organizing the production and communication of SDG indicators and coordinating the reporting of statistics for SDGs in their country or international organization.
