Transportation to the Cenference Venue
Statistics Denmark has arrangered bus transfer from the hotels: Hotel Skt. Petri, 71 Nyhavn, The Square and Copenhagen Strand to (and from) the Conference Venue - Eigtveds Pakhus. The mentioned hotels are the ones which are listed under "Hotel booking and adresses". Bus transfer will only be provided from these hotels.

Identified buses (SPC/DGINS - Eigtveds Pakhus) will leave from the hotels in accordance with the following schedule:

Wednesday, the 25th of May 2005
8:20 - 8:30 an identified bus will pick up at Hotel Skt. Petri (8:20) and continue to Hotel The Square (8:30).
8:30 - 8:40 another identified bus will pick up at Hotel 71 Nyhavn (8:30) and continue to Hotel Copenhagen Strand (8:40).

Social programme for all paricipants
17:20 - 17:30 an identified bus will pick up DGINS participants and accompanying persons from Hotel Skt Petri (17:15) and Hotel The Square (17:30). 
Guides will pick up, by foot, at Hotel Copenhagen Strand (17:40) and 71 Nyhavn (17:40) in order to escort DGINS participants and accompanying persons to the canal boat.
The canal boat will depart from Nyhavn at 17:50
After the SPC meeting the SPC-members will meet with the DGINS participants and accompanying persons at the Conference Venue - Eigtveds Pakhus.The SPC-members will get onboard the canal boats and a a guided tours will take place through the harbour of Copenhagen. The will depart from the venue at 18:00.

Thurssday, the 26th of May 2005
8:20 - 8:30 an identified bus will pick up at Hotel Skt. Petri (8:20) and continue to Hotel The Square (8:30).
8:30 - 8:40 another identified bus will pick up at Hotel 71 Nyhavn (8:30) and continue to Hotel Copenhagen Strand (8:40).

16:50  after Day 1 of the DGINS conference the participants will be transferred to the hotels.

Social prgramme for all participants
18:00 - 18:10 all participants will depart, by buses, from the hotels.
Official dinner at Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, with guided tour through the exhibitions.

Friday, the 27th of May 2005
9:00 - 9:10 an identified bus will pick up at Hotel Skt. Petri (9:00) and continue to Hotel The Square (9:10).
9:10 - 9:20 another identified bus will pick up at Hotel 71 Nyhavn (9:10) and continue to Hotel Copenhagen Strand (9:20).
After the conference, the participants will be transported back to the hotels.
