This Component is designed to help SSSU to develop and improve its human resource management system. A special attention will be given to how the implicit requirements for staff conduct found in the EU code of practice can be formalized in the SSSU human resource system. It is planned to meet these objectives through improvement of SSSU experts' knowledge and skills on personnel management, drafting ethical code for staff members and elaborating the programme on basic training course for new employees.
In the framework of a study visit to Statistics Denmark the issues related to HR processes and procedures in Denmark, training curriculum for new and old employees as well as staff hiring and retaining will be covered.
