Component 3.1: Sample Survey of Capital Investments
The purpose of this Component is to assist SSSU in preparing for a sample survey of capital investments in Ukraine. This will be achieved mainly through assessment of current situation, review of practice and principles of sample surveys of capital investments, elaboration of recommendations on test calculations, sample selection and estimation algorithms.
To study the experience of a member state on capital investments and to apply the OECD benchmark definition of foreign direct investments a study visit to Statistics Sweden will be arranged.
