13 Effective Communication with Media and Public
In component 13 the SSSU and experts from the twinning project will assess the current web site and investigate its usefulness to relevant user segments.
The experts and SSSU staff will identify possible improvements to the site navigation structure and suggest improvements. The suggested improvements will be based on the use of web metrics data, card sorting, and dialog with current users.
